Erika believes in God’s faithfulness through times of adversity. Armed with this knowledge, she overcame extreme circumstances to become a self-made leader and an example of dignity, humility and grit in the workplace.
Erika Miner describes herself as a versatile professional with a long career of leading through change. Her 17-year career as an LPN, specialising in high-acuity, terminal and paediatric patients, has formed her versatile, highly organised and meticulous mindset.
Her 2021 Bachelor of Arts and Business Certification from Boise State University speak to her knowledge of contemporary business practices. With her degree and years of professional work experience, she continues to build a career focused on non-profit business development and management.
Her dedication to serving those in need continues to drive her as she works to bring the gift of education and health services to deserving women of Eastern Uganda.
