Kathryn Traill
Kathryn has dedicated her life to service, both within her family and across broader communities in Australia and abroad. She has raised an exceptional family while providing steadfast support throughout her husband’s medical career, including accompanying him on volunteer surgical outreach trips to Samoa.
In her professional work, Kathryn serves as an office manager for a health clinic and a support worker, providing social and community assistance to some of the most vulnerable members of society. Her approach is grounded in dignity, genuine connection and a commitment to helping individuals access support.
Kathryn also volunteers with a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program operating within a nationwide, evidence-based, faith-supporting, peer-to-peer recovery community.
For Golden Rainbow International, Kathryn brings a valuable blend of lived experience and practical insight that strengthens organisational leadership and decision-making. Her exposure to international service contexts and frontline community work supports culturally aware engagement and responsive program development.
